Athleisure: a guide to wear fashionable activewear

Athleisure: a guide to wear fashionable activewear

It all started in the 2000’s when every girl, teenager, woman was wearing leggings as a part of their trendy outfits. You could wear them for a casual affair, but they were mostly used for what we called at that time a fancy attire. Worn with heels and oversized belts, we remember that time as one of the dark eras of fashion.

But for the past years we’ve been facing a new trend: athleisure. A trend that is turning workout gear into a serious style statement. And it all started when the IT girls of the moment where being photographed more and more by the paparazzi wearing their gym/yoga outfits for a lunch out or when they are running errands.

We, at LaSculpte, like to be on trend and we decided to share some valid activewear options for you to incorporate in your daily outfits.

Kendall Jenner is a big fan of the leggings. To get her look we recommend the LaSculpte contrast leggings. Not only do they look cool, but they can actually make you look fitter and sexier thanks to the shaping powernet mesh at the waist & tights. Throw a bomber jacket on and you’re good to go.

Gigi Hadid is one of the biggest celebrity fans of the athleisure trend. She’s spotted weekly wearing a similar outfit. Get the look with LaSculpte’s racer back sports bra with removable padding.

Miranda Kerr opted for the printed leggings for a day out. The LaSculpte printed yoga pants are perfect for standing out at the gym or on the street. The designed shaping powernet mesh at the waist will instantly flatten your tummy and sculpt your waistline.

Taylor Swift loves to work out and when she’s not in her usual glam outfits, she’s wearing some trendy activewear. Get her laid back look by wrapping a light weight jacket around your waist. The LaSculpte version is moisture wicking, quick dry & breathable and has a higher neck to keep you warm when you hit the outdoors after a workout.

Thanks to the athleisure trend we can all wear our comfy workout clothes in public, without any fashion remorse:)
