When you purchase a product from the www.lasculpte.com website you are accepting the following terms and conditions (T&C) and our privacy policy which are legally binding. Please read through carefully before making your purchase. If you do not agree to the T&C, you must not use or access this website. These T&C and the Privacy Policy may change from time to time without notice; we recommend you check back regularly.
Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details are theirs and are both valid and correct so we can contact you should there be any issues.

Currency used and GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax )
All prices are quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Australian website (www.lasculpte.com) will be subject to Australian GST which is 10%. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.
International shipping
Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. We do not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be as it is based on each country’s regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products. Orders cannot be returned to us and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and LaSculpté will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees as this is an illegal practice.
Payment method
We accept payment using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders. All payments are processed at the point of order.
We do our best to ensure that the details on this website (including any promotional emails or newsletters from LaSculpté) are correct at time of being published, but please note that all items on this website are subject to availability and may change without notice.

To minimise the risk of an advertised item being unavailable, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerised inventory of all items stocked. If for any reason LaSculpté is unable to fill your requested order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and we will conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed. We will do our best to offer you an alternate product.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
