Easy Returns
LaSculpte is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn, tags attached with your proof of purchase) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unmarked, have no signs of wear and tear and be returned in their original undamaged packaging. We offer one free return/exchange within Australia. A complete return and exchange form must be attached.

First Return Free
We’ve revolutionized the way our customers can return items – the first time you use it, it’s free! To receive your first return free, simply contact our customer service team. Sorry, our First Return Free offer is only available for Australian residents.  

How do I return?
When you place an order at LaSculpte, we send you a return form with instructions on how to return products. To return products to LaSculpte, please complete the return form supplied with your delivery or download a copy here. You can choose for your return to be processed as a refund, an exchange, or a credit note. A credit note is when your refund amount is saved onto a voucher that you can use at your leisure, any time.

What can be returned?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase return it for an exchange/refund this form providing you are within 14 days of delivery. When returning an item, we obviously ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting.

Underwear and Swimwear cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we are happy to exchange the size if required. All garments are subject to inspection.  

Faulty Garments
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service on +61 (2) 8960 1270 or e-mail info@lasculpte.com.au  to let us know and we can provide you a return label for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product. 

Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Personal wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is a manufacturing fault. Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item – it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after so that we can put it on hold for you. Please make a note of your order number and the particular style number in question. We are happy to hold items for one week. Once we receive your returns, we will send out the exchanged item.
