Easy exchanges and returns

Change your mind at any time!

We gladly offer exchanges or refunds if the following conditions are met:

  • The item (unworn, tags attached with your proof of purchase) is returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all labels, tickets, and packaging intact. They should not have been washed or worn.

*Please be aware that our refund and exchange policy for changes of mind, as outlined above, does not affect or restrict your rights under consumer law. Your rights and guarantees under consumer law, such as those for faulty items or items not matching their description, remain unaffected.

*Returns are not accepted for Underwear and Swimwear.

*Sale items are non-refundable, but we gladly accommodate size exchanges if needed. Please note that all garments undergo inspection.

FULL PRICE: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit Available

Experience peace of mind with our adaptable return policy for full-price items. Whether you require a different size or desire an alternative style, we're here to accommodate you.

Size Exchanges: Utilize our convenient returns portal for hassle-free size exchanges. Availability is subject to stock levels upon receipt of your return at our warehouse.

Style Exchanges: If you desire a different style, we'll provide you with Store Credit. This allows you to handpick your exchange item at your convenience once we receive your return.

SALE / PROMOTIONAL: Store Credit Only

Even when you catch our products on sale or as part of a promotion, we ensure you're taken care of.

FINAL SALE: No Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credits Unless Faulty

Our commitment to quality means that every purchase should meet your expectations. However, for items marked as Final Sale, please note:

No Returns or Exchanges: Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Product Page Notification: If a product is designated as Final Sale, this will be clearly indicated on the product page, ensuring transparency in your purchase decision.

Return Postage

You'll need to pay our $9.95 AUD return shipping label fee through our returns portal and your label will be emailed to you shortly after. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

How do you exchange/return/swap an item?

We take immense pride in both our products and packaging, and it's our sincere hope that you'll never encounter a faulty item from us. However, in the rare event, that you do receive a defective garment, rest assured that you have the option to exchange it for a replacement or claim a refund.

Here's a simple guide to return/swap/exchange an item:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section.
  • Identify the specific product you wish to return/swap/exchange and select the three-dot button beside it.
  • From the dropdown menu, opt for the "Report an Issue" option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and proceed to choose a reason for the action.
  • Additionally, you can include comments and upload up to four images of the product to support your request.
  • Finally, select "Refund/Swap Item" on the resolution page to complete the process.

*To monitor the progress of your request, you can conveniently check the status in the "Resolution Center."
*If you opted for guest checkout, kindly ensure you provide your email and phone number. Please note that the resolution centre does not accommodate guest checkouts without this information.
