How do I choose my size?

We recommend you select garments in your regular underwear size. However, keep in mind Shapewear and Shaping Swimwear is designed to be tight and firm fitting, if not, it won’t achieve the maximum effect. For help with measurements, see our size guide.

How do I best get into my shapewear?

For most styles we recommend you to step into it, and then slowly pull up.

Can I order by phone?

We are able to answer any product questions over the phone during office hours but we are unable to take your order over the phone. However, your order can be placed online in a secure environment.

How do I use a promotion code?

Simply enter your promotional code at the checkout, and the offer will be applied to your order. Only one promotional code may be redeemed per transaction.

How long will delivery take?

For deliveries within Australia, please allow 1 – 3 working days for delivery within NSW (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 4-10 working days for other states incl. VIC, WA, QLD, NT, SA. Please refer to the Delivery Policy online for further information.

Will I need to sign for my parcel at the time of delivery?

eParcel requires a signature for delivery so please request the shipping address to be somewhere you will be during working hours.

Do you ship internationally?

LaSculpte ships to most destinations around the world via Royalle International. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your order, LaSculpte does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is a flat rate of AUD$20 per order. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If you have changed your mind, purchased the wrong size or the garment is faulty, simply fill in the Return form (you can download from our website). Return this with the goods in their original condition (with all tags attached) within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund using your original payment option. Please refer to the Return Policy online for further information and a downloadable Return form.

What if my garment doesn’t fit?

We are happy to exchange purchases if you have ordered the wrong size. Please ensure that the items have not been worn and are returned in their original condition (unworn, tags attached). We recommend you try on your garments before removing any tags, as due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept worn garments or garments without tags. Please refer to the Return Policy online for further information.

What if my garment is defective?

LaSculpte products go through a strict quality control programme to ensure they meet our high quality standards. If you do believe your garment is faulty please complete the supplied Return form and your delivery details. If our quality assurance department deems your product faulty a new product of the same style, size and colour (if available) will be despatched, otherwise, you will be offered other similar products to choose for replacement. If your return is deemed not faulty you will be notified.
